A simple clean up job! Scuff sheet removed, any minor toe and edge damage repaired. Face toe and edges sanded and polished, oiled and new scuff sheet fitted. Finished off with a shoe glue toe coating and fresh grip.
Great option to take care of your bat ensuring any small cracks are sealed and the bat is oiled ready for another busy season.
Please note that this service is to leave the stickers on your bat, if you are looking to have the stickers removed and whole bat sanded clean please choose the full refurbishment option.
You will be responsible for either dropping the bat off or posting in to me, you will be charged a postage fee to cover return postage back to you once completed. Please leave your mobile number or email when purchasing so i can contact you, cheers!

- Store your bat in a dry, cool environment avoiding excessive heat, damp or cold.
- Ensure that your bat has been knocked in properly.
- Avoid unnecessary or aggressive ‘tapping’ of the bat, particularly on hard or excessively wet pitches.
- If your bat becomes unavoidably wet, allow it to dry naturally and seek advice if swelling occurs.
- Only use your cricket bat against balls specifically designed for cricket and avoid use against cheap balls which are often unusually hard and have pronounced seams.
- Avoid facing brand new and cheap balls in the nets.
- The use of a bat cover when not playing will help protect your bat from unnecessary wear and tear.
- The use of a scuff sheet, edge tape and a toe guard are likely to help prolong the life of your bat.
